About Dee Paryce
Relationship & Dating mentor, breathwork facilitator, and guide for women ready to come home to themselves.

Hi, I’m Dee
I’ve always been deeply fascinated by people.
What motivates us.
Why we act the way we do.
Why we repeat the same patterns, especially in love.
And how our relationships shape the way we move through the world.
Long before I ever studied psychology formally,
I was already trying to understand the complexity of being human
— the self, the body, the nervous system, the quiet forces underneath our behaviour
that we don’t always see but feel every day.
That curiousity eventually became my life’s work.
Today, I combine psychology, relationship dynamics, nervous system awareness,
and somatic integration to support people (mostly women) to build
real self-trust, set clear standards, and create healthy,
aligned relationships with others, but especially with themselves.
My work is grounded and honest.
I don’t do fluff.
I don’t sell empty promises.
And I’ll never pretend this kind of change happens overnight.
Real transformation takes time.
It takes effort.
It takes consistency.
And it takes the willingness to tell yourself the truth.
But I will get you there sooner if you are open and committed to the process.
We work by collapsing old identities.
Not by chasing.
Not by trying to fix yourself.
But by steadily coming back to your power and learning how to come home to yourself.
At the heart of everything I do is something simple:
Helping you feel steady in yourself.
Reminding you of who you are.
Because when you trust yourself, everything changes.
Your decisions get clearer.
Your standards rise naturally.
Your relationships feel safer.
And you stop chasing what was never meant for you.
If you’re here, you’re probably already ready for that shift.
And when you are, I’ll be here.

Background & training
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and my Master of counselling will be finalised in 2026. I have also completed formal training in life coaching, trauma-informed breathwork facilitation.
Over the years, I’ve explored and trained across multiple therapeutic and coaching modalities, such as NLP, Matrix Therapies, Creatrix and more.
More recently, my work has focused heavily on nervous system regulation, breathwork, parts-based interventions, and somatic integration: understanding how the body holds our past experiences, what different parts of ourselves activates, and how healing happens not just through insight, but through embodiment.
Across all of it, one thing has remained constant: a deep interest in relationships, our attachment systems, how we love, and how we learn to feel safe within ourselves.
My approach blends evidence-based psychology with nervous system tools and real-world mentorship, so the work doesn’t just make sense intellectually, it actually lands in your body and your life.
My approach
I believe change happens in real time.
Not just by talking about the past.
Not just by “manifesting” a better future.
But by actively living differently while we process what needs to be processed. Working in this way leads to embodying the work experientially, not just cognitively.
We work from the source of the trauma narrative and form a new baseline of identity.
Taking grounded steps forward, while supporting the nervous system to release the past and build the capacity to hold what you are moving toward.
My therapy integrates parts work, emotion-focused approaches, and a strong emphasis on the present moment. The aim is to help you regain a sense of control over the life you are living now, rather than allowing the past to define you.
I believe the only way forward is through - allowing space to feel the emotions that were never fully felt and to meet the needs that once went unmet. Even the most deeply wounded individuals can heal. I do not believe in a world where genuine contentment is out of reach for those who are willing to do the work.
I will also push you, challenge you, and see through the protective stories you have constructed. Our work together won't be about ticking boxes, it is intended to be transformational.
Becoming a new version of yourself is not always easy, but I intend to support you and hold you in places that you have not been able to hold alone.
This is where self-trust, emotional clarity, secure attachment, and earned safety are built together: slowly, steadily, and sustainably.
